● Non-Refundable Reservation Fee: $250*
Takes the home off the market and secures it for you, giving you peace of mind while you prepare for your move.
● Security Deposit:
- Traditional Security Deposit Requirement: Equal to one or one and a half month’s rent, based on application results.
- Security Deposit Replacement Option: Instead of paying the full deposit upfront, qualified residents can pay a one-time upfront or small monthly fee through Rhino.
Protects your interests and ensures the home is well-maintained. At the end of your lease, this deposit is refunded, minus any applicable costs for cleaning or repairs beyond normal wear and tear, per the terms of your lease and applicable law.
● Utility Management Setup Fee: $25 per household.
Makes your move-in easier by handling utility setup for you, so you can settle in without the hassle. In addition, a monthly fee will apply.
● Non-Refundable Pet Screening (if applicable): $25 per pet. Complimentary for non-pet owners.
