These one-time fees cover necessary processing and ensure a smooth and efficient move-in experience.

● Non-Refundable Application Fee: $75 per applicant (18+ years)

This covers the cost of screening to ensure a smooth and secure leasing process for all residents.

● Non-Refundable Reservation Fee: $250*

Takes the home off the market and secures it for you, giving you peace of mind while you prepare for your move.

● Security Deposit:

• Traditional Security Deposit Requirement: Equal to one or one and a half month’s rent, based on application results.
• Security Deposit Replacement Option: Instead of paying the full deposit upfront, qualified residents can pay a one-time upfront or small monthly fee through Rhino.

● Utility Management Setup Fee: $25 per household.
